Well, I ignored "Dr. Philip" for a month and so he emailed me again.

Email from October 1:
Dear Adrienne,

Please, sign this document and return back to me,it is the final stage of our approval. Waiting for your mail.

Email from October 25:
Dear Friend,
Hope you are fine? Please, let me have your complete information so that i can forward it to our customers that are ready to make payment to us through you.
